Numbers are important. But it's our people who really count.

In 2014, as consumers began to shift their time and spend to mobile apps, Remerge’s five co-founders recognized the potential of in-app advertising. They responded by developing the first in-app retargeting solution on the market, and laid the foundations for today’s ever-growing mobile advertising industry.

What began as a business pitch on a 2-page PDF has flourished into an international operation, with over 180 employees across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

There’s no secret formula to our growth; we prefer to keep things transparent all the way. No marketing tricks, no buzzwords. Just honest numbers, reliable service, and great teamwork.

We take pride in our openness regarding the way we operate. Every two weeks, our CEO hosts a meeting where you get to tune in for updates on the financial figures, technical advancements, market developments, and upcoming plans. We actively reach out for suggestions on how to improve your work experience through open-ended surveys, anonymous or otherwise. Whatever the challenge may be, we believe that transparency is always the best policy.

We are united

Regardless of your origin, identity, or faith, we believe it's your talent that matters most. At the same time, our team thrives in diversity — each member enriches our work with their unique experiences. Our centralized information database and Slack channels document our diversity and inclusion efforts, as well as mental health resources. No one is left in the dark - team meetings are recorded and work-related discussions are accessible to everyone. After work, wind down over drinks or join a group activity that changes by the week.
