Data Analyst Lead, Go-to-market Strategy

Job mission

We're seeking a highly organised Data Analyst Lead, Go-to-market Strategy to join our team. In this role, you'll redesign how data is presented within the revenue department and lead the definition and implementation of a collective, data-driven and decision-making culture.

Job responsibilities

  • Analyse revenue team performance every quarter, identifying key abnormalities and trends that impact revenue or profitability for discussion.
  • Regularly analyse customer characteristics to provide recommendations for refining our ICP
  • Track and report the impact of completed revenue initiatives
  • Generate monthly performance reports detailing sales, marketing, and account management outcomes. Suggest performance targets using historical data and benchmark comparisons
  • Lead the alignment of top-down and bottom-up revenue and profitability planning on an annual basis
  • Manage and mentor a Salesforce CRM specialist, guiding their professional development and ensuring best practices in CRM management

Job requirements 

  • Innate interest in understanding the business context
  • Ability to create precise business narratives based on data analysis
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Advanced qualitative and quantitative research skills
  • Proven practices for effective internal communication
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or other data visualisation tools
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
