Job Summary
We are looking for Account Manager to ensure operational excellence across all clients and foster profitable relationships with large app advertisers, agencies, and other companies that could use our app growth platform.
- Collaborate on the day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their expectations and analyze advertising campaign metrics to achieve their performance goals (ROAS- Return on Ad Spend, ROI- Return on Investment, Revenue, etc).
- Support client business reviews, communicate campaign optimizations and escalate any internal issues and concerns raised by clients.
- Partner closely with the Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is timely and efficiently, accomplished with an optimal setup.
- Strive to understand our client’s business models, marketing mix, focus areas, and be the driving force behind their requests.
Requirements
- 2-3 years digital media or agency experience
- Proven experience working in a relevant client services role within the media or advertising industry, including exposure to the technical environment required to understand mobile apps.
- Passionate about advertising/mobile apps with a strong desire to become an expert in account management, customer success, media buying, and ad operations.
- Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue-driven environment.
- Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal campaign performance for all clients.
- Experience working within User Acquisition, In-App Growth Marketing or Retargeting a plus.
- A track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams.
The OTE range for this role is $115,000- $145,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location. We also offer a generous total rewards program - read more about it below
