Job mission

As an AI Transformation Specialist, you will join a small, dynamic team responsible for steering the company toward an AI-driven future. Your role is both internally focused—experimenting with AI tools, workflows and structure to accelerate how our own team operates—and externally oriented, building and evolving our AI platform and influencing and advocating for broader organizational changes that empower everyone to adopt AI solutions confidently.

Job responsibilities

  • Internal Experimentation & Adaptation:
    • Proactively drive in-team experiments to test new AI-assisted workflows, role evolutions, and problem-solving approaches.
    • Contribute to building a learning culture—host sessions, share tools, and support each other’s professional growth.
  • AI Platform and Tools:
    • Provide strategic input into the development of shared-service platforms, APIs, and other infrastructures that make AI tools accessible throughout the organisation.
    • Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools (e.g., autonomous coding agents) and recommend how they fit into our strategy.
  • Agent Development & Leadership:
    • Contribute to developing and guiding AI agents that can take on a growing array of tasks, incrementally increasing our throughput and enabling rapid iteration.
    • Offer input on designing “agent-friendly” workflows and environments, ensuring that human oversight, ethical considerations, and strategic judgment guide agent-driven initiatives.
  • Organizational Advocacy & Influence:
    • Advocate for AI-first principles across departments, working closely with stakeholders to clarify the potential benefits, address concerns, and highlight real-world improvements.
    • Identify power users and enthusiasts, support their growth, and encourage a grassroots culture of experimentation and collaboration around AI tools and agents.
    • Participate in workshops, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to demystify AI and help teams envision how AI agents and shared services might enhance their work.
    • Help ensure that as our AI capabilities grow, technical and organisational foundations evolve in tandem—fostering an environment where AI integration is sustainable, secure, and aligned with company values.
  • Continuous Improvement & Future Readiness:
    • Maintain a flexible approach to responsibilities, acknowledging that AI’s rapid evolution may shift priorities and required skill sets over time.
    • Keep abreast of emerging trends in agent-driven R&D, generative models, and industry best practices to advise on future directions and potential pivots.


    Job requirements 

    • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Demonstrates resilience in a rapidly evolving AI landscape, treating effective AI usage as an ever-developing skill. Comfortably adjusts responsibilities, workflows, tools, and personal capabilities as AI advances, regularly practicing new techniques and staying current with emerging technologies.
    • Strategic Judgment and Accountability: Maintains strong human oversight in AI-driven workflows, applying ethical reasoning, critical judgment, and contextual understanding. Accepts ultimate responsibility for AI-assisted outputs, ensuring decisions align with company values, mitigate risks, and meaningfully contribute to desired outcomes.
    • AI Literacy & Curiosity: Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, and related frameworks. Keen interest in staying current with breakthroughs in autonomous development and AI tooling. Adept at tailoring AI interactions to different use cases—from quick solutions to deeper exploratory sessions—and conveying complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
    • Initial Expertise in Complementary Areas in either:
      • AI engineering, MLOps, or agent-based development.
      • Cross-functional communication, organisational advocacy, and encouraging adoption of AI tools.
    • Collaboration & Communication Skills: Able to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences, promote shared understanding, and build trust in AI-driven initiatives.
    • Ethical & Responsible Mindset: Cognisant of AI’s limitations, biases, and governance needs, ensuring that all initiatives reflect ethical standards and respect for human judgment.
    • Experimentation & Learning Orientation:
      Embrace trial-and-error learning, open dialogue about results, and iterative refinement of strategies and workflows.
